April 2018: Want to win a meal for two at a Taste Mesón, Gran Canaria's top tasting restaurant, just for taking a selfie?

The Gran Canaria Info Selfie Challenge

Win a meal for two at the superb Taste Mesón restaurant in Arguineguín by taking part in our easy-to-enter selfie competition.

Here's how to do it...

Visit one of the restaurants on our recommended restaurant list.

Take a selfie during your meal, or get someone else to take a photo of you.

Post the photo on your Facebook profile, Twitter profile or Instagram page with the tag #GranCanariaInfo and the restaurant name.

Or post it in our Facebook group with the tage and restaurant name.

Or as a comment on the Gran Canaria Restaurant Of the Month post on our Facebook page.

If you don't use social media, you can just email us the photo at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Really, whatever is easiest for you is cool with us!

At the end of the month, we'll pick a winner at random out of a big straw hat. We'll stream the draw live on Facebook so that you all know that it's a fair draw.

The winner gets a voucher for a meal for two (worth sixty euros) at Taste Mesón. Use the voucher straight away, or save it for your next trip to Gran Canaria.

Tip Of The Day: Arucas Old Town Is Worth A Wander

There's more to Arucas old town than the great big church. Walk up the narrow cobbled streets behind the cathedral for great old Canarian houses and local street life, then head down narrow Calle Gourié to the High Street (Calle León y Castillo).
