Maspalomas
The central section of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés beaches is the world's busiest nudist beach. The most popular area is around the beach kiosks in the middle of the naturist zone.
Playa del Inglés
Although most people pop on some clothes before they go for a cold drink you don't have to. The staff say they've seen it all before.
Aguadulce
For a quieter nude experience, try Aguadulce beach on the east coast. It's windy in summer, but the area at the east end is sheltered and popular with local nudists.
Güi Güi
For a real naturist experience, hike to GüiGüi beach on the west coast. Clothes here are considered almost rude.
Faneroque
Or go completely wild at the remote Faneroque beach, also on the west coast. You'll have it to yourself so watch out for the big waves.
Montaña de Arena
South Gran Canaria's mythical wild nudist beach; Montaña de Arena is easy to get to and almost always quiet.
Guayedra
It's a trek from the resorts, but Guayedra beach is within the Biosphere Reserve and is one of the island's most pristine beaches. You also get great views of Puerto de Las Nieves.
Pasito Bea / Playa de las Mujeres
One beach with two names: Pasito Bea / Playa de las Mujeres is just east of Montaña de Arena. A great spot with plenty of sand that is often empty during the week.
Llano de los Militares
Now that most traffic between Maspalomas and Arguineguín is on the motorway rather than the GC 500 , Llano de los Militares beach and next door Triana beach have become popular with peace-loving nudists
La Laja
La Laja beach just south of Las Palmas city is now a nudist beach but most people keep their clothes on at weekends when it gets busy
