360º virtual tour
The Canary Islands Tourist Board has a fantastic 360º virtual tour of Gran Canaria (and the other Canary Islands) that lets you soar over the island's top highlights. It includes the Maspalomas dunes, Roque Nublo, the Bandama Caldera, Puerto de Mogán and Las Canteras beach. The footage is stunning and you can zoom in and move around each place. This is like Google Maps but in high definition and well worth playing around with.

This is just the most useful webcam in south Gran Canaria because it moves back and forth and shows you the weather from Puerto Rico to Maspalomas. On those occasional cloudy days it's good to get up and know which way to head for the sunshine.
